Synergy? Bacardi Now Being Packaged with Diet Coke

Just in time for your weekend! 

Cross-branding is all the rage these days so why wouldn’t Bacardi Rum be packaged with Coke?  But we have to ask, why Diet Coke?  We weren’t aware that the regular consumer of rum and Cokes counted those extra calories.  And isn’t the “classic” made with real Coke, not the diet stuff?  The only reason we could come up with is since your saving a trip to the soda aisle you might need to cut back just a little.
