It’s an annual Hollywood tradition, the Golden Globes– where you receive an award, eat a good meal and it’s all going out  on live TV.

This year stars will munch down on:

  • Smoked flat iron beef with grilled sweet pickled pepper and California olive oil
  • Orange Chilean sea bass with caramelized mint fennel kabocha pumpkin, yellow cauliflower, baby bak choy, and dill mashed potatoes

Guests will begin their meal with:

  • Grilled artichoke with fennel tomato lemon mousse and California pepper honey goat cheese on endive pear salad

The “dessert trio” includes:

  • Cappuccino mousse dome
  • Orange sanguine
  • Chocolate salted caramel

And to wash it all down, dinner is being served with Moet 2004 Grand Vintage Brut Champagne, average retail price is around $70.

Beverly Hilton executive chef Suki Sugiura is behind the menu, the meal will be prepared by 40 chefs and 110 additional kitchen staff.  The Golden Globes will be held Sunday, Jan 13.
