Manned Banned From Every Restaurant in Britain

A serial dine and dasher has been banned by a judge from every restaurant in the United Kingdom.

Con-artist Christopher Travis, 52, had only been out of jail for three days when he went into celebrity chef Michael Caines’ “Abode” restaurant in Exeter and ordered a three course meal with wine.  He became abusive to staff after his card was denied, police were called and when they arrived Travis simply told them he wanted a good meal before heading off to jail once again.

Travis has a whopping 86 prior convictions, most for dining and dashing across the country.  At one point he was banned by the UK restaurant association but he violated that ban 13 times.  Travis is so well known to restaurant owners The Telegraph reports he was featured in an ad by an insurance company offering owners “bilking” insurance.
