Food Porn: Creole Cream Cheese Flan

New Orleans, where everything is Creole, even the sweets.

Pastry chef Kelly Fields, from Restaurant August in New Orleans, created the above dish.  She describes it as: “Creole cream cheese flan, peaches in lemon verbena and brioche.”
