So what is Season 3 Top Chef Winner Hung Huynh up to these days? Well, this weekend he’ll be in Park City, Utah at the Sundance Film Festival.
Chef Huynh will be taking part in ChefDance, a high-end dining experience that only takes place during Sundance.
His menu includes:
- Scottish salmon carpaccio with watercress and yuzu-soy
- Sea scallops with cauliflower and tamarind brown butter
- Olive oil poached halibut with provencale vegetables
- Apple strudel with masapone cream
