Mob Hit Takes Place at Posh Vancouver Restaurant
It was a scene straight out of “The Godfather” in Vancouver Tuesday night. Longtime local gangster Sandip “Dip” Duhre was gunned down execution-style inside the Bar One restaurant located in the upscale Sheraton hotel.
The Vancouver Sun reports Duhre was meeting with two others at the restaurant when one man went to the bathroom and the other opened fire on him, striking him several times in the face.
This isn’t the first hit ordered at the restaurant– Duhre’s brother was shot there in August of 2005, but survived.
